We want to book an October 2008 trip and wanted to inquire if anyone has been on this itinerary or will it be new for 2008?

We are booked on this cruise for November of this year onboard the Star Princess, November 21-December 3. Princess also offered this sailing last year.

Most of us on our roll call have several private shore excursions planned in almost every port, including an overnite to Cairo for a fraction of the price Princess is charging. Princess price for doubles on the overnite is $799 pp while a CC memeber (Thanks Vicki) that was on this sailing last year organized a private tour again this year for our group at $210 pp for the same thing Princess offers. She has also decided to join in this sailing again this year, and we are so glad she is coming along.

 

Somewhere on this forum there is a 'live from' thread from last years cruise, you might do a search on the search engine and see if maybe you can pull it up as there is a wealth of informaion to be had.
