seadays4me Posted September 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2007 My DW and I just returned this past weekend from our first Celebrity/Azamara cruise. Tried to sign up for the Captains Club on the Celebrity Website. After filling in all of the required information I got an error message stating that an eligible cruise could not be found. My question is this. Is there a lag time from the end of a cruise as to when signup to the Captains Club can be completed? If not , I guess I will have to call Celebrity. Call their toll-free number: 800-760-0654 and do it over the phone. I was asked for my reservation number for the past cruise (which, of course, I didn't have handy), but the rep then asked the dates of my last sailing and my first and last names.
