Pre Cruise Registration

I recently registered for our NCLA cruise Pre Registering per the government requirement. It seemed to jump past the proof of Citizenship section and where it prints out the pre registration sheet it shows the proof of residence unchecked. Is this because its an all US port cruise or do I need to talk to NCLA? Anyone with prior experience please chime in.

Same thing happened to me- it's because you don't need proof of citizenship if you're an American citizen, since all of the stops are in the US.

I also noticed male or female was not checked on print out is this normal?

Same thing happened to me regarding citizenship, but it did ask gender so when it printed that was checked for me. You may want to see if you can edit the form to make sure you have the gender marked properly. I'm not sure how big a deal it is, though. :)
