Glory Formal Dinner Nights

We are scheduled for a summer 08 cruise on the Eastern itinerary of the Glory. We took this same cruise 2 years ago and I;m pretty sure I stashed the Capers somewhere and was going to look for them to see which nights were the Formal Dinner Nights.

 

However, I don't know whether the formal dinner nights are the same on each sailing or if it ever changes. So I thought I'd see if anyone knows the answer to that question before I go looking for those capers. Better yet, can someone who has sailed on the Glory tell me which nights were the formal nights? Thanks!
