Port Of Miami to Ft Lauderdale Airport

Is there any sort of shuttle from the port to the airport in Lauderdale? The ship is to dock at 7 AM, though I don't know when we get off.

You can buy transfers from NCL to FLL, or for around $50.00 get a taxi. Depending on traffic, thirty to forty-five minutes should be enough time to get there from the port.

After one $80 taxi ride, last time I just bought the $20pp transfer from NCL to FLL. Will do that again in Oct. on the Sun.

 

There were 2 buses to choose from, depending on the time of your flight.

 

I did take the $18pp shuttle from FLL to the port, but it doesn't run the reverse route.:(

Depending on the number of people in your party, you might want to consider another method of getting to the airport. We have 4 in our party and it is about the same price to get a limo, so that is what we are going to do, no waiting for a bus to fill up, just get in the limo and go.

When you disembark, there will be private shuttle services outside the terminal who charge $15 pp (or so) to take you to the airport. They have 15 passenger vans they fill up and then take you to the airport. When we sailed last year, we flew in/out of FLL and sailed in/out of Miami. This was really quick and easy and for 4 of us was the same as a private car service and NCL's transfer and much quicker.

We have had good luck with A1 Worldwide Limo. It is a little more expensive than NCL's transfers but you don't have to wait for the bus to fill. We found it to be less than a taxi.
