Curt Jerome Wild Posted September 25, 2007 #4 Share Posted September 25, 2007 Wow! So that's my info and map...:D Click here to the original review/link: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=626010 Might help put it in perspective better...;) Basically there are "Secret Doors" on certain ships, that will get you to an unknown or rarely used deck or certain area, that can be good for quiet moments, or your own space for sailaway or other such times... Hope that helps "explanation-wise" a bit... CJW:cool:

Anonymous Number Posted September 25, 2007 #9 Share Posted September 25, 2007 This is EXACTLY what I was hoping to come across for my cruise on Paradise in 20 days. :D Is it usually hard to get into the showroom during sailway?
MrPete Posted September 25, 2007 #10 Share Posted September 25, 2007 We used to go through them when they were not marked. You could get to the same area from both sides of the lounge floor, both sides of the second floor lounge, and go down a flight, or take the staircase right outside the bridge on the Lido deck and go down two flights. The last time we were on this class ship, they had put up signs that said "CREW ONLY", and roped off the staircase. We all know the consequences of being found in a crew area. OOPS! That must be a secret too!

CSIMelissa Posted October 2, 2007 #14 Share Posted October 2, 2007 Wasn't aware of the door down by the stage area.... I'm on the Fascination in January so I'll have to check that door out! Love getting out to "the decks less traveled". Stayed on the Verandah Deck this past Imagination sailing and I spent a lot of time on that "secret" deck. Great view when you're leaving port!
