Chankanaaub v Paradise Beach

We are going to Cozumel w/ 9, 8, 4 yr old and infant. Does anyone have any thoughts on Chankanaaub Park vs. Paradise Beach?

When little ones are involved, I have to opt for PB. Their beach is sandy and flat so the munchkins can run and cavort without rocks. They also have water toys for a nominal fee. No entry fee, but they do ask that you buy food and drink. I can assure you that PB Tom runs a nice place.

Chank charges an entry fee, plus the shoreline is rocky and access to the water can be hard if there are any waves. There is a small sandy area for the youngsters. They had a botanical garden, replica Mayan village, and a dolphin show when we were there pre-Wilma.

Would we have time to do both? My boys would like to do the dolphin swim but also like the looks of the trampoline and other toys at paradise beach. Or would it be too rushed?

thanks for the input!

We did both and loved both. We actually shore snorkeled at Chank. before the dolphin swim. My boys loved the shore snorkel.

enjoy
