Embarkation Times

After taking 10 cruises on Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess and Carnival, we are now going to take our First Holland America Cruise

 

We will be sailing on the Zuiderdam on December 15th and I was wondering what time does embarkation start. With the other cruise lines we were allowed to board the ship at 10:30am -11am.

 

If anyone could give some insight, I would appreciate it.

On our three sailings on the Zuiderdam, we have been able to board between 11:00 and 11:30. Have a great trip.

Times about the same. Does not take long to board as HAL seems to be very organized.

 

Lunch will be ready in Lido but will not be able to go to rooms until told by PA suystem. Usually about 1300 (1 pm).

 

This will give you a chance to wander around the ship a little
