Cayman Pirate Adventure

Has anyone booked the Cayman Pirate Adventure through Carnival? If so, was it fun? We are taking the kids for Thanksgiving - ages 8 & 12. Will they like it? It states that you can "walk the plank", do they provide lifejackets?

We just did that excursion last week and we booked it with Carnival. It was fun for the kids. The "plank" is about 5 feet off the water and they do provide life jackets, you also have the option of jumping off the upper deck. Plenty of rum punch, water, Coke. They also have some fun with the kids and moms. They got six kids on the deck and made them scrub the deck and when the started to stop they poured a bucket of water over them and the moms had to do the same thing but instead of regular water they put ice in it:eek: .
