Clothes for Flying

Suesea - I'm with you - for any flight other than to a cruise. For me, I knew I wouldn't be wearing the jeans during the cruise, and I just didn't feel "cruizy" in them, so I left them at home and wore some casual capri pants with topsider shoes. Still, I was cold, and had to throw on a blanket!!
To clarify, I almost always fly down a day early, so what I wear on the plane is not what I wear to board. On the few times I have flown down the same day, I change into the shorts I packed in my carryon. Since I'm in my jeans such a short time, I can get away with wearing them on both plane trips (to & from my cruise). For the plane trip, I don't want to wear slacks that I plan to wear on the ship and risk spilling something on them or wrinkling them. Saves packing another pair of slacks or having to do laundry on vacation.
