Fontainebleu/Hertz location closed?

I was all set to pick up a Hertz car after my cruise and return it to the Fontainebleu location. Called Hertz and there seemed to be no problem. But my Miami friend has told me the Fontainebleu is closed for renovation #1,000!!!! Is there a nearby location for drop off, or should I go with another company. My hotel post cruise is on 48th St and Collins

The Fountainbleau is not completely closed, only the original section is closed. The new section remains open for business. You can call the hotel directly to confirm at (305) 538-2000.

Thanks so much. i am going with Hertz at the Fontainebleu. Now I need the name of a reliable shuttle to get us from 48th and Collins to FLL for our trip home. any suggestions?
