Enough time for Singray and 7 mile beach?

We are coming in on the Carnival Freedom at 7:30 AM and are scheduled to leave @ 4:30 PM. Would we have enough time to do a stingray tour (probably with Capt Marvins or the Moby Dick tour) and then go to 7 mile beach to ride some jet skis? I am wondering b/c I have read a few replies that mentioned that they did not have enough time to go to the beach and almost missed the ship.

going to 7 mile and going to sting ray city is a hard day to schedule. try a tour that will take you to the rays on a boat then let you take a ski out with them. it will be much easier to go to rum point beach and see the rays. i know that fat fish adventures will do a combo jet boat / jet ski tour and take you to the beach.
