We had our first ss on a Sept b2b PNW cruise. Haven't had the cc class but I can relay our thoughts on the SS: also check the x website - they seem pretty clear on the ammenities.

We enjoyed the ss - it's was really about the "real estate" for us. Loved the balcony (rain and shine) and storage was more than ample for our 7 days. Bathroom towels & robes were an upgrade from regular cabin, shampoo, soap, etc were in small sample size bottles rather than the large dispenser in the shower. We had a jetted tub we never used. Bed was comfy - slept like a baby and didn't ask for any special or additional bedding.

Room service was impeccable - CC cabins have a special breakfast menu and diferent from ss but I wrote in whatever we wanted and was never denied. Time was always 5 minutes or less from the earliest desired slot

we received a nice tote, an invitation that we couldn't accept to the captains table (luck of draw not necessarily an ammenity) for dinner and priority tender tickets in Nanaimo. Embark and Debark were a breeze. We also had very nice dining locations for both cruises.

We under utilized our butler - but if and when we needed something he was spot on.

for the extra real estate more so than ammenities and at a reasonable increase, I would do a SS again in a heartbeat -
