Cruise Documents

This is our first cruise and I wasn't sure when the paperwork was to arrive.
We leave on June 27th on Serenade of the Seas and I figured that we would have everything already.
We live in Ontario Canada so I wonder if customs is holding it up?
Any comments or if anyone else is sailing then, do you have yours???
One more thing, if it doesn't arrive on time will they have copies at the pier???
Thanks for any help.

The tickets usually coming about 2 weeks ahead. I have gotten them soon than that but if you are concerned call your T.A. My t.a. always told me if you had not received your tickets by two weeks from trip call her or him.

I'm leaving 8/8 AND I'm in the fine province of Ontario as well AND I arrived home today to a message from my TA that the documents had come in this very day.

Now just have to go and pick them up!

Must be different for everyone and depend on when your final payment goes through...If you don't have them by Friday I'd call your TA and/or the cruise line to see where they are.
