Past Legend Cruisers out of NY-Ever been re-routed?

Hi,

This question is for all those lucky cruisers who sailed on the Legend out of New York before it was sent over to Tampa.

My husband and I will be sailing on the Miracle out of New York September 6/08. I'm trying to find anyone who had an unexpected itinerary change when sailing out of New York. I just wanted to know, what islands did you end up going to instead?

i just posted on your other site. i was on the miracle Aug 15th and due to hurricane dean, we were rerouted to grand turks, half moon cay and bahammas, all which were great. dont worry, carnival will keep you safe. Read the other post. any questions, dont hesitate to ask.

I didn't realize that there was a new thread :eek:

 

On the Legend leaving NY 9/17/06, we were rerouted due to a medical emergency on the previous cruise. Tortola was substituted for Grand Turk. We had a blast at Margaritaville.

Sailed on the Legend out of NYC Sept. 10, 2003, due to Hurrican Isabel (sp) Ports were change to:

 

Key West

Nassusa

Freeport.

 

As motherofthree said don't worry. Carnival will make any changes to the interary if need to be incase of a hurricane.
