Question about late cruises

cruisin again

Recommended Posts

I am booked to sail on the Glory. Do I need to notify Carnival that we

are definately going on Tuesday? We also bought transfers from

Orlando airport, do we need to notify them of our new flight #?

Also, I think Carnival was extremely fair in handling these cruises.

We are already planning our next one.

Thanks,

Laurie

What do you mean by "fair"???? They were extraordinarily generous to all affected, especially when they don't have to be, and are losing a ton of $$ on this hurricane.

I wouldn't bother calling anyone until you see where the hurricane will be on Tuesday... it's VERY slow moving and could be right on top of Orlando then. Even Carnival can only make a 'best guess' at this point.

Check the weather reports Monday and see what the projections are so you have a better idea of what will be going on. Also, check the condition of the Port... it might still be closed on Tuesday, depending on speed and track of Frances as well as damage.
