Noodles or Floaties?

Recommended Posts

We are cruising teh Eastern Caribbean in Jan. We will be bring our own makes and mouth peices, b/c we are planning to do quite a bit of snorkling. My quesiton is...are there many places to rent and/or buy things to float on ie...noodles or tubes or whatever? What about flippers?

Places that rent snorkeling equipment (fins and masks) should also rent snorkeling vests. They're like life jackets only they're inflatable/deflatable instead of bouyant foam so you can adjust your "floatiness." I've heard that some excursion companies offer kickboard like things with and without windows that you can float on and still see down below.
