Just got back...

 

Nachi Cocom is not so bad, the beach is real nice, service was awful. They misplaced our credit card, argued about the 10% off package discount and took forever to serve you at the bar.

 

Don't bother with the inclusive package unless you expect to stay there for more than 3 hours. We were there for 2 and it wasn't worth the price.

 

Be sure when you ask for the "cruise critic" discount (which is 10% off inclusive packages), you ask the manager on duty and not the waiters, they know nothing of the discount.

 

Beach was very nice, pool was nice, the swim up bar was alright. They only had 1 bartender and he was pretty much busy with the staff. The swim up bar was crowded with cruise line employees which were extremely loud and obnoxious. The manager on duty - Sandra, was very nice, I would have rather delt with her during the whole ordeal.

 

Not very many lounge chairs at all and the hammocks are all hanging from one tree.

 

If you plan on just eating a nice meal and laying on the beach - go to Nachi-Cocom. I don't recommend the inclusive package because you won't get your monies worth - weak drinks and slow service.
