Anyone on this cruise on may30th? Looking forward to being on a small ship, they are all getting too big!!!Last cruise was on Costa concordia, never again. Daff.

When she came out as Royal Princess, she was considered fairly large.

 

We sailed 4 times on her as Royal Princess, and she remains one of my favorites. Very good seakeeping abilities, should you hit rough water.

Artemis is in the middle of a extensive 2 week refir - to include new bathrooms and cabin decor - she'll be even better now!:)

 

As a Arcadia - child free fan, I might try her myself one day soon!

Off in 5 months on Arcadia again, sailing into Venice, and to Dubrovnik, Split and Corfu to name a few. Then in September on Ventura.

Sue, sailing into Venice has got to be one of the best cruise experiences, i envy you. Have you done this itinerary before? Dubrovnik is lovely and all the coast you will sail along is so beautiful. Isn't it great to look forward to it. Almost as good as doing it.

Down your way on 27th Dec, staying at Sinah Warren Hotel on Hayling Island for a 2n 'twixmas' break after Christmas. Hope to hit the shops at Portsmouth for the post xmas sales for some bargins in formal dresses...

Never sailed into Venice - but did sail out of there, 8-00, on Golden Princess' trans-Atlantic to NYC - a very rough trip West of the Azores!

Sue, you must go to Gunwarf quays for your shopping trip. Some good outlet shops. Good eating places too.You have better shops in Bath than Portsmouth. have a good time and let me know what you get.

Michael, In or out of Venice is just as wonderful. Don't think I could ever go there too many times.

Oh Yes, we will be going to Gunwharf Quay - we like the tapas place on the front as well near the spinniker ? tower.
