Has this ever happened to anyone?

:confused: Booked 2 cruises through RCI and have always seen it on my cruises portion of their website. Now it seems to have disappeared and says I have no active reservations. Does this mean it's lost or what?? I have fully paid for cruise so hope it is still there!!
