Shells at Sea Grape Beach?

I will be going on a cruise over Christmas and one of the members of our party is interested in looking for shells. Are there any at Sea Grape Beach and can you take what you find? Thanks in advance for your help!

We've never really found too many shells anywhere along 7MB, but we did find some of the small white shells and we mainly found those early in the morning. But you may have better luck than we did. :)

If you find shells you need to know exactly what it is you've found to determine if you are allowed to take it.

 

Some you can take, no problem.

Some you can only take with special permission.

And some you cannot take owing to the Marine Law.

 

Seven Mile Beach is not known as a place to look for shells.
