Liesje Posted December 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Hi all, I booked my cruise online (smartcruiser.com) and final payment is due today. How do I do this? Are my cc records kept and my card charged or do I need to call them? Thx
CRUZIN TOM Posted December 7, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2007 If you went straight thru NCL, you best call them today. If thru your TA do the same....:)
cmdchiefthom Posted December 7, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2007 I always use an online agency, and generally my TA emails me as the final payment date nears. She does keep my CC information in my client profile, and generally I can either email, or phone her and tell her to make the payment. Its never been a problem, so I'd suggest you make contact today, one way or the other.;)
blindrid Posted December 7, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2007 They should do it for you but I always at least email them to make me feel better.
Liesje Posted December 12, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted December 12, 2007 Thanks for the replies. Haven't made final payment yet. I called a couple of days ago and was told that they will charge our cc automatically. Nothing happened. My husband called last night for the second time and he was assured that it would all be taken care of. Something about all agents being away for a seminar  Oh well, we'll see. 1kycat Posted December 12, 2007 #6 Share Posted December 12, 2007 A lot of times, on-line agencies will list a final payment date that is really about 7 days before your actual date...for a cushion. So I wouldn't over worry about it. Count out 75 days from your departure day...to get your final payment date. (I'm pretty sure it's 75:o )
