mspink98 Posted December 18, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2007 Early last week, I noticed that although we made our final payment early, before the fuel surcharge went into effect, we had a balance due to $70 on our February mariner cruise. I called S&A and the rep said that it was a glitch, and removed it on the spot. That was last Wednesday, and as of tonight, the charge is still showing on my account. I called back to C&A tonight, and was told that the charge is not there on their end, and the website may take a couple more days to update. That's fine by me, I just don't want our reservation to get cancelled or something because we have this $70 balance. The same night, I redeemed a gift certificate (thanks, mom!) for onboard credit. Tonight, the C&A rep said that the gift certificate isn't showing up on my account. When should I start to worry about these? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
