Alex P. Keaton Posted December 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2007 This is our first time with RCI and we often found ourselves eating pizza and ice cream at night on other ships. Does the Jewel have pizza (or other foods) and ice cream available all night? Thanks!
WelshieLover Posted December 19, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 19, 2007 The only place I saw pizza and soft serve frozen yogurt on the Jewel was in the Windjammer buffet and it is not opened all night. I think it closes at 9PM. That was the nice thing about the Caribbean Princess was the pizza and burger place by the pool that was open really late (their ice cream shoppe cost extra though). Cruising89143 Posted December 19, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 19, 2007 I was on the Jewel this time last year and the only place that had pizza was the Windjammer and in the evening they had a make your own pizza station. You could dress it like you wanted and hand it over to be baked. Room service also has mini pizzas available late at night. There is also a casual eating area called the Seaview Cafe. They are open late and serve burger, wings, chicken tenders, fish n chips, etc. Check out this place.
jjt Posted December 19, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 19, 2007 The Solarium Cafe is open until 2:00 AM and has pizza available along with delicious crepes.

Cruising89143 Posted December 19, 2007 #6 Share Posted December 19, 2007 The Solarium Cafe is open until 2:00 AM and has pizza available along with delicious crepes. It must vary by cruise as this was not the case on my cruise. The Solarium cafe hours were very limited.

True, but on the 12/1 cruise I just took it opened at 9:00 PM when the Windjammer closed and stayed open until 2:00 AM.
