I have this week been given the chance to book for the maiden voyage of the Queen elizabeth, is anyone doing this, is it worth doing, £500 deposit gauaranted cabin???.

500 pounds seems like an awful lot of money to let them have for what, 3 years? Interest free?

But it's your money, and only you know just how badly you would want to do the maiden (Esp in light of recent discussions) We don't really know much about the design yet, and there are likely to be "inconsistencies" in service and accommodations.

I agree. There hasn't even been a solid design scheme delivered yet and she was just ordered in October, so it wouldn't be feasible to pay five hundred pounds (or just under 1000.00 US dollars) this early in the process. I hope thought that she won't be a near replica of the Vista Class again. Just my opinion. Happy Holidays everyone :)
