Where can I "Hang Out" in Vancouver?

I'll be taking Amtrak to Vancouver and staying overnight. After I check out of the hotel on the day of the cruise, is there someplace I can just sit, read a book, watch people or otherwise pass time near the Celebrity cruise terminal until we're allowed to board? Is there a place I can sit inside terminal?

Yes both Canada Place & Ballantyne have places to sit in the terminals and little coffee/latte stands with tables & chairs. However once you check out of your hotel just go tot h e dock and board the ship. I always plan to be at the dock by 11am and that puts be at the front of the line to board - I am usually on the ship before noon.

 

Also puts me right at the front of the buffet line on the ship for lunch and I get my choice of window tables.

Thanks for the info. I thought they wouldn't allow anyone to board until 1:00 or 2:00. That's good to know - especially since I can be at the front of the buffet line!
