1. Do they have afternoon tea (other than in your room)?

2. I heard on Journey they supply binoculars. Is it the same on Quest? If so, are they of decent quality, or should I bring my own?

1. Yes they do.

 

2. They do furnish binoculars for during your Cruise, but they are of mediocre quality at best. If you have good quality binoculars at home, I would bring them along.

I agree with Andy about the quality of the binoculars.

If we travel Azamara again we would take our own. I have put a picture of the Az ones here.
