3 1/2 year old on Dawn?

Family cruising to Bermuda on June 8 on the Dawn. Thinking of asking cousin and her newly adopted 3 1/2 year old son. Does anyone have experience with kid club on Dawn? He goes to day care while she works and would love for the kid club to be more fun than day care. Also, being she is a single parent, we would LOVE it if she were able to get some time to herself...would this be possible? We have read that babysitting services (for a fee) might be available for evenings. Any information on that out there?

Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated, be it good or bad. We want to provide her with as much information as possible when/if we ask her to join us.
