trying to book early return flight out of Orlando

I am planning on renting a car from Port Canaveral and driving to Orlando. What do you think would be the earliest flight I should book. I can book a great rate if I leave at 11:40am. Next option is 7pm. Is 11:40 possible or is that just too early. I will do self assist to get off the ship. I'm just not sure how long it will take to get to car rental and then to airport. Thanks for any input....................Ken

We get this question alot Can you make it? If all goes right but it is a good way to re start the stress factor you just spent all that cruise time getting rid of. Why not make a day of this area. Maybe a trip to KSC or a lunch at a sidewalk cafe in Winter Park. Just a drive down the coast then make your way to Orlando and catch the flight at your pace.
