Brazil Visa.

We are going to Brazil in February. We live in a city with a Brazilian Embassy. We obtained the forms to fill out from the Brazilian Embassy website in our city. Took the forms in with a U.S. post office money order for $100 each - now I understand that it is $130 each. You can also take cash although the website did not say that. You also need photos and your American passport. I also took a copy of our airline tickets and a copy of our itinerary. All the information for needed documents are on the website. They took our paperwork, money orders, and passports and told us to return 12 days later between 4 and 5pm. We went on that day and picked up our passports and VISA.

If you do not live near an embassy, then you can use a service to obtain your VISA.
