Silver sailor Posted January 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2008 A few years ago when we were on the Millenium the Aqua Spa was available to all passengers at no charge Is this policy still in effect on all Millenium class ships or has a fee now been instituted If this is a fee what is it per person per day? Thanks
karenj4546 Posted January 28, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 28, 2008 On our recent Summit trip, the T-pool and the Aqua Spa cafe were free. The charge for the Aqua Spa itself was $99 for 14 days or $10 per day (per person). We did the tour and found that we'd have use of saunas and heated benches and chose NOT to use the Aqua Spa (except for other services which also cost like massages, etc). Near the T-pool, both mens and ladies rooms had saunas (with a big window to watch the world float by). Hope that this answers your question..... embellish Posted January 29, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 29, 2008 I think the $99 fee in an earlier post was referring to the Persian Gardens area as most everything else that is self-service is at no charge in the Aqua Spa of M-Class ships. This includes use of the gym and its equipment, changing facilities, lockers, sauna, cafe, and Thalassotherapy pool. However, use of the Persian Gardens, massages, treatments, consultations, and fitness classes are all fee-based extras.

embellish Posted January 29, 2008 #7 Share Posted January 29, 2008 Perhaps my "consultation" was considered a spa "treatment" because there was a fee for it. It was a 45 minute consultation and included body fat/nutritional analyses, and a recommend fitness/lifestyle regime. Simple consultations regarding the selection of spa services, use of gym equipment, etc. are free, but there are some in-depth ones that carry a charge.
