US direct program at Vancouver

I am looking for some information about the US direct program in Vancouver. I did a search but could not find anything very recent. I actually have a few questions. How do you set this up? Do you still go through canadian customs at the port? I am planning to book a flight at approx 3:00pm to Los Angeles via Seattle. I did hear that you have to use the cruise ships transfer service as well. Does anyone know how much that is? I am arriving in Vancouver on board Norwegian Cruise Lines on Friday May 9th 2008.

You do not go through any customs if you/your cruiseline and airline qualify.

Thanks very much for the info. It appears that it might not work for us as my parents are UK citizens and I am a US resident.
