Was wondering how you find out what pier your ship docks at?

It would be helpful to know what ship your are sailing on and whether you are embarking in San Juan or just dayporting and the date.

We are sailing on Carnival Triumph. We sail from Miami with San Juan as a day port. Thanks for the link.

You will port at Old San Juan- pier 3 or 4- right in town. Just a short walk to the OSJ sights if you want to walk or trolley stop. It is the better pier- closer to the fun!

Unfortunately, the cruise calendar at gotopuertorico.com hasn't been updated for a while.

 

The Millenium will probably be in the OSJ port unless there a multiple ships in on the same day.

Celebrity uses the Pan Am Pier for ships that are embarking/disembarking in San Juan.

Which pier is my ship docking at?

1. There are three major pier areas in San Juan. Old San Juan Piers 1-6, Navy Frontier Pier, and the Pan American Pier as seen above.
   
2. In general, those ships who are dayporting in San Juan usually dock at the OSJ Piers (usually Pier 3 or 4) so you can walk right out into OSJ.
   
3. Cruise ships that start/stop in San Juan will use either OSJ Pier 4 (4-E or 4-W) or the Pan American Pier (PAD-E or PAD-W). Usually, RCI and Celebrity utilize the Pan American Pier and Princess and Carnival utilize OSJ Pier 4.
