There was a post about this a while back and you can probably find it using the search feature. Just use either water island bicycle or water island bike as your search term.

I have sent them an email about a week ago and have heard nothing from them. It apparently isn't offered through RCL on my upcoming RCL cruise:(

I didn't find it offered through HAL either.

hhhm. We took this excursion in July, and one of the owners did respond to my inquiry prior to the trip . I was concerned about the level of difficulty. Her reply to me is at bottom of this note. I believe they are signed up with Royal Carribbean and Disney cruise lines. Otherwise you may be able to book with them directly. The website I used is this - and clicked on CONTACT US.

The bike ride itself isn't very long -- about 5.5 miles and 1.25 hours, but it is a mountain bike ride, not just a cruiser, and it's hilly, on dirt/gravel/paved roads. We do have a 'sag wagon' that follows behind for those who can't or don't want to complete the ride. We have Cannondale mountain bikes in sizes varied enough to fit anyone, whether short, tall, or in between.
