Metropolitan Hotel in Vancouver

I haven't seen very many reviews of the Metropolitan Hotel in Vancouver on this forum. It's rated highly on trip advisor, so I expected to hear a little more buzz about it on this board. If anyone has any pros or cons to share about this hotel I'd love to hear from you!

The Metropolitan is on Howe Street right across from the Four Seasons, just north of Georgia. There is a construction project that is happening on a property directly south of the hotel. Don't know what stage they will be in when you visit, but it isn't out of the ground yet. It is a really central area, close to everything, shopping, seawall, Stanley Park, Canada Place etc.
