jmagic Posted February 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 4, 2008 Hi There, I have a question about shore excursions in Grand Cayman. I am a woman traveling alone with my 7 year old daughter. In reading the reviews, it seems that the Nativeways RRR is the favorite, but I feel a little guilty about not doing the turtle farm and hell thing with the kid. So I'm looking for some input- Are the turtle farm and hell experience "can't be missed" for kids? Or can I do the RRR and then just grab a postcard of hell at the pier? Is there time to take a taxi to Hell after RRR? In regards to the snorkeling part of RRR, my daughter takes weekly swim lessons, but is it safe for a kid? Meaning- could she stand in the water and rest or snorkel with a lifevest in case she gets tired treading water? I'm not sure how long she could tread without touching ground or hanging onto something. Finally, Nativeways is not one of the companies the cruise line uses? Are there really less people on the boats? Thanks! Jessica
