Haven't done it yet, and it isn't entirely in Europe, but the 4/14 12 night TA on Brilliance has been reduced to $699 for inside and stops at Ireland, England and France. I think that is an amazing price. Celebrity had similar (fully booked now) for May from Miami to Rome with stops in Spain, France and Italy for the same price.

 

Flip side of cheap Europe cruise is exchange rates and expensive flights to/from USA. :eek:
