ship shopping while in port

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, but I wanted to double check.

 

I know that the shops and casinos will close while in port. We will be in Bermuda for 3 days. The shops in Bermuda all close around 5pm with a few exceptions closing at 6. Will they open the shops on the ship in the evening since the shops on the island are all closed?

 

I know it may seem silly, but it has been a tradition for me to shop after dinner on cruises. I would gladly save my shore shopping for after dinner, but I can't really do that.

We have done the Boston to Bermuda cruise 10 times and yes the shops remain closed the entire time you are in Bermuda.

On Tuesdays in St. Georges there is a street festival and the shops stay open later. Along with some street shopping. Got a nice little picture signed by the artist last time I was there:) . On Wednesday night there is one in Hamilton, and the shops stay open later. And I did read on the Bermuda board that someone thought they were going to do one on Thursdays at Kings Wharf.
