Pacific Aerial Tram or Turu Ba R

We will be in PuntaArenas in just a few short weeks. My first preference would be to zipline, however, since I am recovering from shoulder arthroscopy that won't be allowed. :mad: Trying to decide between Pacific Aerial Tram or Turu Ba Ri ecological park. Either choice I would like to deal directly with vendor rather than through ship (Island Princess). Anyone have experiences with either of these? Are prior reservations necessary or would I expect to find their transportation buses at the dock? Thanks
