Carnival Shuttle cost in Tampa

I know the cost of the Carnival shuttle in Tampa is $18 one-way and $36 round trip but is that per person? Or is that for the group that is sailing?

We were on Holland America and That is per person so we got taxi from airport in Tampa to port and it was $22.00 a taxi NOT per person so 4 of us it cost 22.00 so that was $5.50 per person. ( we did the same thing returning to the airport from the port) This was last month.

Thanks for the info. I thought I remembered that it cost a lot but I didn't think the cruise line would charge you an exorbitant fee like that. So we will take a taxi!
