Needing reassurance

We set up a tour outside of the cruise ship excursions... How trustworthy are the operators that you guys have tried? Any one have problem with fraud or any of the sort?

oh, sorry... I booked with Moby Dick Tours

You will not be sorry. They are very reputable. We booked with them in December 07. They advised us it was rough on the bar, but we opted to go anyway ... long story short - to rough to enjoy and too dangerous to let us out of boat so they brought us back to shore and graciously refunded out money. We gave them a generous tip for their concern for safety. We will book with them again in future.
