Katakolon train station

Recommended Posts

I was there in October. I do not remember seeing any train station near town. The taxi lot is right next to the ship. I also do not think the train station is close to the ruins. I just hired a taxi at the pier for 100 Euros for 4 people for 2.5 hours.

Does anyone know how far the Katakolon train station is from where the ship docks?

Can you walk or do you need a taxi? If a taxi, any idea of cost?

Broccoli;

Here is a link to Katakolon train info from a previous thread.

It seems to be a 20-25 minute walk from pier to station. I'm sure taxis are available if you're short on time. Good luck.
