Hotel and travel recommendations, LAX

3 Dog Night

Recommended Posts

My wife and I are sailing on the NCL Star on March 15. We're flying (from Wisconsin) into LAX in the evening of March 14. We won't be spending a lot of time at the hotel - basically looking for a decent place to sleep. Does anyone have recommendations for a hotel near the airport or near the cruise terminal? Also, how would you suggest getting to the cruise terminal from the airport?

Thanks!

I followed the advise from Trip Advisor and bid on LaQuinta on Century Blvd through Pricline. Do your homework at Bidding for Travel.com. to land the hotel. It comes highly recommended for a two star and the winning bids are averaging $48 plus taxes. It includes a full breakfast buffet. It rates higher than the crown Plaza, also a Priceline hotel.

A taxi to the port is the easiest. It will run around $50.

Century Blvd LAX is where you want to be for a quick overnight
