NCL Fort James & Beach excursion

Has anyone ever done this excursion? I am considering it, but I am reluctant as the details are slim in the description.

Are the tour stops interesting at all?

What beach do they go to?

How is the lunch?

Is this worth $73 per person? It seems like we could do this on our own or pick & choose parts for less.

Have been to Antigua one other time, and rented a car from a vendor off the dock which took us into a residential area to pick up an extremely used jeep with manual transmission. Driving on left wasn't that big of deal - but the rental experience was harrowing. We ended up at a beach near the Pineapple Beach Resort (dare I say it was Pineapple Beach) that was nice, but it was a long drive. Looking to see more this time and still hit a great beach. We have two boys with us, ages 5 and 10. Any recommendations would be welcome.
