Cozumel in Sept

we will be going on a carnival trip in September. Where do the Carnival ships usually dock. Also has anyone gone on the jeep and cavern tour? looks pretty interesting, but a long day. do you usually have any time when you get back to check out anything else?

www.cruisecal.com will tell you if you are docked or tendered on your day in Cozumel. www.Cozumelinsider.com will tell you what pier you will be at if docked - but I don't believe they will have that information until the week before you arrive in Cozumel.

You run a risk in September of missing Cozumel completely - that is about the busiest time in hurricane season.

If the repairs to Puerta Maya pier (destroyed in 2005), are completed in time, you will probably be at that pier, as that is Carnivals pier.

Otherwise, depending on number of ships in port, You'll either be at Punta Langosta, or the International Pier (TMM), or tendering from anchorage in the bay.
