Credit on a booked cruise...

I noticed that people are saying they have OBC or credit coming for the reduction of the price on their cruise. When and how does this happen? Are you automatically given a refund for the difference when you are paid in full, or do they offer you OBC? I keep checking the website to see if the price has dropped, so any help would be great!!

You will not be told by RCI or your TA (unles they are spot on). You need to keep checking and if the price does drop ring who ever you booked with and ask them to sort it. I checked our B2B last week and found both weeks had been reduced. I went to see my TA and after a bit of who-ha they rang RCI and i recieved back £6.80 ($11) for week 1 and £276.00 ($525) for week 2, so it is worth checking, I sail on sunday so it must be done before sail day.:)
