Annette66 Posted February 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Going on first cruise in 17 days with family of 5. Purchased cruise air through Carnival. Our cruise documents show the flight times and numbers with Delta. The ticket status recently went from "pending" to "requested" whatever that means. I went on the Delta website and tried pulling up our information with our name and credit card# to see if I could tell if we were all seated together, but there was nothing to be found as far as our reservations. Does anyone know why that would be? Is it too early yet? Do I assume that we will be seated together or do I have to try to arrange that through the airline? Have never flown before so I am kind of in the dark here.

The reason you cannot find your reservation on Delta's web site using your credit card is that your credit card was not used to purchase the tickets from Delta. Call whoever you booked your cruise with and tell them that you want to get Delta's Record Locater for your flights. Once you have that, you can check your flights on line and see what seats you have all been assigned to or make seat assignments if none have been made. operafan Posted February 29, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 29, 2008 You might try calling Delta directly. I've done it in the past and they were very happy to help. Got our party all seated together and gave us much better seats. Seats assigned for the cruise line are usually the worst on the flight.
