Flowrider Waiver, do you only fill it out once now?

When I sailed the Liberty back in August, you had to sign a new waiver every day of the cruise to ride flowrider and had to do the same for my teenage son. I recently read a read a review that said that you only need to sign the waiver day one and your good to go for the rest of the cruise. Can anyone confirm of deny this?

On FOTS a few weeks ago I had to sign the waiver once at the beginning of the week for my daughter for the week and she signed herself in and got a new colored bracelet every day after that.
