Difficulty Linking Reservation "My Celebrity"

I do not see an "save" icon for some reason. Has anyone experienced problems or know how to fix?

I have found in the past that I can only link the reservations if we both booked directly with Celebrity. It can still be coordinated but it needs to be arranged through the TA or booking agent that each of you booked your cruise with. Hope this helps.

I just linked a new booking last week that was made by a TA, so I don't think that is the issue.

 

Do you have the correct booking number? With your name and booking number you should be able to do this easily.

I think the booking number is right, but I don't see the "save" button, which makes me think something must be wrong...
