We are going on the Grandeur on March 17,2008.My family would like to go on a beach excursion. I just can't decide on booking through RC. Do you have any other suggestions?

Also in Cozumel we would like to go snorkeling. The RC unlimited snorkeling looks ok. Does anyone have any info on this?

The Progreso beach, wide and long, is just three blocks from where the courtesy bus will drop you. Don't expect the crystal clear water of the Caribbean. This area is on the gulf. There are very good restaurants accross the street from the beach. My favorite is Le Saint Bonnet and the whole deep fiied fish.

If you want a pool you might want to check out the threads about Reef Yucatan. You can book at the spot where the bus drops you in town.
